Ede Asenoguan who is not only a lover of football but a footballer himself in the NBA Football Club, Benin Branch lauded the Super Eagles on their convincing win over the Falcons of Jediane from Sudan.

Having keenly followed the team’s progress from the start of the tournament with delight, Ede Asenoguan praised the Super Eagles for their hardwork, dedication, discipline and indomitable spirit, qualities necessary for victory.

He tied his congratulatory message to the previous win over the Pharoahs of Egypt, effectively silencing their talisman; Mo’ Salah.

These were his words:

“I congratulate the Super Eagles of Nigeria on the dominance and win over Sudan. The Super Eagles are by far, the most tactical team in the competition in Cameroon so far. I strongly believe in the Super Eagles and if we keep up like this, I do not see any opponent worthy enough to stand in our way. I urge them to maintain their winning momentum as this will see us to the finals as we clinch the coveted golden trophy.

I must specially commend our interim coach; Augustine Eguavoen for his good coordination and game management, especially the team set up. His qualities were well at play when we pocketed the Pharoahs of Egypt and their talisman; Mo’ Salah.”
