Today, 2nd May, 2022, Muslims all over celebrate the Eid-al-Fitr marking the end of the Holy Month of Ramadan-a period of fasting, prayers and close-knit union with the Almighty Allah.
H.O. Bazuaye, the Publicity Secretary of the Mid West Bar Forum has on behalf of the Forum taken time to celebrate the Mu8kslim Colleagues, Friends and the general Muslim community on this festive day.
His message reads:
“Dear Muslim Colleagues, Friends and faithfuls,
As-salaam Alaikum,
Allow me to on behalf of the Midwest Bar Forum wish you happy celebration on the occasion of the Eid-al-Fitr.
Everyday is a special day, but today is one of the most special days that Allah has made possible for His worshippers. A personal and close relationship with the Almighty is a great privilege, and the just concluded Ramadan period afforded you all the opportunity to further deepen this relationship.
It is the achievement of this deep relationship that has given rise to this special celebration. Hence I urge you all remember Nigeria in your prayers even as you celebrate.
May Allah’s protection and blessings follow you.
